Bringing gifts of bubble tea, as we pulled into the drive way, a small, but very excited voice called out from a window above,
"HI CARLA! I SEE YOU!"
i look up to see one of the cutest faces i have seen in weeks,
"Hi Marvin!"
"HI! Are you ready to party-party?!"
"party party?!"
"Yeah!! let me come downstairs and get you"
he rushed downstairs, and enthusiastically leads us to his play room. He initiates a game called "cake party"...which is basically a "party" where we all draw pictures of cakes. We practiced spelling, and reading... then later sang songs and practiced braiding hair. At just before 11:30pm, Marvin started getting sleepy, so me and my sister took it as a cue to leave, so he could get his rest. Here are our pictures from the Cake party.
coming home, me and my sister didnt want to sleep in our rooms, so we set up "the lair" in the basement. usually the lair is meant for nights where the heat is unbearable in our house (our dad doesnt believe in AC), but we've noticed that just sleeping in the lair in general is a really good sleep.
we stayed up til ~3am, because our sleep patterns were totally effed over from our naps earlier on in the day. So we just watched Rob & Big and laughed at stupid stuff until we fell asleep.
